How to Multiply Two Digit Number Less Than 100 The Faster Way

First, Multiply the Tens place value of the multiplicand to the multiplier and put a blank after it.

Next, Multiply the one place value of the multiplicand to the multiplier and put the answer after the blank.

Next, Multiply the tens place value of the multiplicand to the ones place value of the multiplier. And then multiply the ones place value of the multiplicand to the tens place value of the multiplier. 

Add their products and put on the blank between 6 and 2. and that would be your final answer.


Lets make more harder example this time.

Again, Multiply the Tens place value of the multiplicand to the multiplier and put a blank after it.

Follow the next step, Multiply the one place value of the multiplicand to the multiplier and put the answer after the blank.

Same procedure, Multiply the tens place value of the multiplicand to the ones place value of the multiplier. And then multiply the ones place value of the multiplicand to the tens place value of the multiplier. 










And then, Add their products, now we can not put the whole 18 on the blank so we have to put the ones place value on the blank which is 8 and carry the tens to the next number.

Now, Let us try more higher number.

Again, first step, Multiply the Tens place value of the multiplicand to the multiplier. In the second step multiply the one place value of the multiplicand to the multiplier. Now, if the product is a two digit number, you don't have to put a blank.

And then, multiply the tens place value of the multiplicand to the ones place value of the multiplier. And then multiply the ones place value of the multiplicand to the tens place value of the multiplier. 

Add their product and put it at the center and add it all. And that would be the final answer.
